The Colorado Mountain College Culinary Institute is accepting reservations for its popular Keystone Culinary Dinner: A Celebration of Haute Cuisine dining event. This year’s event, prepared by the program’s culinary apprentices under the direction of Kevin Simley, executive chef of the Keystone Ranch Restaurant, will be held on March 26 at Keystone Ranch.

The annual fundraising event supports the institute’s culinary apprentice program at CMC Breckenridge. Diners enjoy delicious food, wine and cocktail pairings. Local favorites Angry James Brewing and The Breckenridge Distillery will be pairing beers and custom cocktails with hand-crafted appetizers.

A sampling of this year’s menu features braised lamb tortellini, raspberry butter, sheep’s milk cheese and ruby streak mustard greens, prepared by alumnus Executive Chef Luke Biewick.

A Celebration of Haute Cuisine will begin at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 26, at Keystone Ranch, 1437 County Road 150 in Keystone. Tickets are $200 each, with patron tickets for two at $500 including an upgraded bottle of wine for your table and complimentary shuttle transportation. Table sponsorships start at $2,500 for eight tickets and $5,000 sponsorships that include 10 tickets plus a post-event private dinner party for four guests, prepared by Chef Clarke and CMC culinary apprentices.
