CMC Culinary Institute student team medals again

Colorado Mountain College Culinary Institute’s student team received a silver medal and third place at the American Culinary Federation Western Regional Competition in Newport Beach, California, in March. CMC’s team were judged on their skills, technique, and focus while working in the kitchen and the four-course meal they produced.
