Five Colorado Mountain College team members to duel in Sun Valley Five members of the Colorado Mountain College men’s Alpine team will be competing in the U.S. Collegiate Skiing and Snowboarding Association National Championships in Sun Valley, which start tomorrow. CMC student Spillane wins silver medal in Nordic combined
Johnny Spillane, a resident of Steamboat Springs who has taken classes at Colorado Mountain College, won the first medal for the United States in the Nordic combined competition at the Vancouver Olympic Games. He finished with a silver. Steamboat resident Todd Lodwick finished fourth.
