A group of students taking part in Colorado Mountain College’s East Africa Study Abroad program just returned from a successful summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro. “Everyone made it to at least 15,000 feet,” the group reported in a Facebook post from Moshe, Tanzania. “The entire group is doing wonderfully and we leave on our Serengeti safari tomorrow morning.”
Colorado Mountain College’s Study Abroad programs introduce students to the language, cultures and landscapes of countries ranging from Cuba to Spain to Tanzania and Peru. This year’s upcoming trips include Cuban Revolution in the 21st Century (March 8 – 18), Ireland, (May 16 – June 16), and Peru Spanish Immersion (June 15 – July 13).
