Colorado Mountain College will celebrate 2018-19 graduates at 10 different commencement ceremonies in May.
Graduation ceremonies are as follows:
- Thursday, May 2, at CMC Spring Valley:
- Colorado Law Enforcement Training Academy, Summit Student Center Gymnasium, CMC Spring Valley at Glenwood Springs; Speaker: Jack Cauley, Castle Rock chief of police; 1 p.m.
- Friday, May 3, at the Keystone Conference Center:
- Associate degrees, bachelor’s degrees, certificates of occupational proficiency and high school equivalency diplomas, for students attending CMC Breckenridge and Dillon; the Keystone Conference Center is at 633 Tennis Club Road in Keystone; Speaker: Dr. Justin Pollack, associate professor of life sciences, health and wellness at Colorado Mountain College; 5 p.m.
- Friday, May 3, at Vilar Performing Arts Center:
- Associate degrees, bachelor’s degrees and certificates of occupational proficiency for students attending CMC Vail Valley at Edwards; the Vilar Performing Arts Center is at 68 Avondale Lane in Beaver Creek; Speaker: CMC President and CEO Dr. Carrie Besnette Hauser; 5 p.m.

- Saturday, May 4, at The Steamboat Grand Hotel:
- Associate degrees, bachelor’s degrees and certificates of occupational proficiency for students attending CMC Steamboat Springs; The Steamboat Grand Hotel is at 2300 Mt. Werner Circle; Speaker: Dr. Angie Paccione, executive director of the Colorado Department of Higher Education; 10:30 a.m.
- Saturday, May 4, at CMC Spring Valley:
- Guest speaker for the nursing pinning ceremony is Karren Kowalski, Ph.D., president and CEO of the Colorado Center for Nursing Excellence. Guest speaker for the associate and bachelor’s ceremonies is Bryan Hannegan, president of Holy Cross Energy.
