Colorado Mountain College 4-Year Degrees Approved by House

RIFLE – During today’s meeting of the Colorado Mountain College Board of Trustees, the trustees and college administrators learned that the Colorado House of Representatives voted 55-9 (with one absence) to pass Senate Bill 10-101. The bill would permit the comprehensive community college to offer up to five bachelor’s degrees.

Colorado House’s education committee passes CMC baccalaureate bill

Following a unanimous vote, the education committee of Colorado’s House of Representatives voted today in support of SB 101, which would allow Colorado Mountain College to offer up to five bachelor’s degrees. The next step is for the bill to continue on for consideration in the full House. A date has not yet been set for that deliberation.
