Pay for classes by August 17

Students who miss deadline will be dropped.

To avoid being dropped from fall 2016 classes, students must make full payment of all charges must be received by Colorado Mountain College by the close of business, Wednesday, August 17, 2016.  A current statement of student accounts is available through the Basecamp portal via the Student Self-Service link.

Payments may be made directly to any Colorado Mountain College Campus. Payment using VISA, Mastercard and Discover credit or debit cards may also be made through Student Self-Service within Basecamp or through WebAdvisor.

FACTS Tuition Payment Plans though Nelnet must be established before the August 17, 2016 payment deadline.  Enrollment in the FACTS Payment Plan is made at www.coloradomtn.edu under the Tuition and Costs tab.

Federal and State Financial Aid and Scholarships will be considered as payment of balance due if the awarded financial aid has been accepted and, if loans are being accepted, the Master Promissory Note and Entrance Counseling have been completed at www.studentloans.gov. Students also must maintain financial aid eligibility requirements as established by the Office of Financial Aid at Colorado Mountain College. If your financial aid award is not complete, does not fully cover your balance due, or you no longer have financial aid eligibility, you must pay the remaining balance due or establish a FACTS Payment Plan before the payment deadline of August 17, 2016.

Checks for outside scholarships must be received and posted to your financial aid award before the August 17, 2016 payment deadline.  Authorizations for 3rd party or sponsor billing must be received by Colorado Mountain College prior to the August 17, 2016 payment deadline.
