Colorado Mountain College’s central administration offices have been collecting items for the Lift Up Food Drive for the past few weeks.  The grand total of donations? 1346 individual cans and boxed food items – enough to fill the back of one large pick-up truck to overflowing.

Colorado Mountain College’s administration offices support all 11 CMC locations on the Western Slope. The collection was a competition between the four levels of the building. The 2nd floor rocked the contest by collecting 509 individual food items. Glenwood Springs Chamber Resort Association employees also took part in the food drive.

The participants in this mini-drive encourage their friends and neighbors to support Lift-Up and other community nonprofits who serve those in need, during the holiday season and year-round.
