Colorado Springs-area high school students and parents can learn more about getting an affordable start on college in the mountains during a free Colorado Mountain College Information Night on Jan. 29 at the Embassy Suites hotel, 7290 Commerce Dr., in Colorado Springs. The free session includes refreshments and door prizes, including a custom snowboard made by CMC students.
Staff, faculty, students and alumni will be on hand to answer questions about academic programs, residential life, student services, admissions and financial aid at CMC’s residential and commuter campuses.
Colorado Mountain College offers bachelor’s degrees in business and sustainability, transferable associate degrees and occupational certificates at 11 residential campuses and commuter locations across Colorado’s north-central mountains and via online learning. The college is located in such towns as Steamboat Springs, Glenwood Springs, Leadville, Aspen, Dillon and Breckenridge.
Come learn about the college’s many learning opportunities such as photography, new media, natural resource management, resort management, ski area operations, theater, veterinary technology and nursing.
