One of the most popular New Year’s resolutions is to get into better shape.
Colorado Mountain College Spring Valley is presenting a novel approach to help people keep that resolution, by offering a limited number of lifetime memberships to the new Outdoor Leadership Center & Field House on campus.
For the first 100 people to reply, the campus Field House is offering a lifetime membership for the price of $2,020, in honor of the new year. An annual individual pass to this new fitness facility, including use of its 38-foot climbing wall, is valued at $395.
Other promotions being offered are a 20-punch pass for $120 (this pass is regularly priced at $160), and annual memberships for community members can be purchased at a 20% discount. Both of these offers must be taken advantage of before Feb. 29, 2020.
The Field House features a double-court gymnasium, which can be used for basketball, indoor soccer (futsal) and volleyball, and will soon be lined for pickleball as well; three fitness spaces, including a weight room, multipurpose room equipped for indoor cycling, and a cardio balcony overlooking the campus soccer fields and Mount Sopris; and a premier climbing wall featuring 12 top rope lanes, three auto belays, a bouldering cave and a moon board.
