CMC Culinary Institute students pair with Keystone Resort chefs to create celebrated ice carvings

Each year, Kevin Clarke, director of the Colorado Mountain College Culinary Institute in Breckenridge, works with the talented team of chefs from the Keystone Conference Center and CMC students to create beautiful holiday ice sculptures for Keystone Ski Resort. Students from the Culinary Institute’s ice carving class take part on the third day of the event, carving all the reindeer and putting in additional finishing touches. Chef Steve Nguyen, who makes a snow-covered cameo appearance in the video, is an award-winning graduate of CMC’s program. Check out the sculptures, while they last, at Lakeside Village in Keystone, Colorado. Enjoy the fun tour!
