CMC Culinary Institute hosts “A Celebration of Haute Cuisine”

The Colorado Mountain College Culinary Institute together with Keystone Resort presents “A Celebration of Haute Cuisine,” a six-course culinary adventure, on Thursday, Feb. 20. The evening features cuisine presented by the third-year apprenticeship class of the CMC Culinary Institute, under the direction of Executive Chef Steve Vlass (CMCCI 2005 alumnus), paired with wines selected by Claude Robbins, GWE, MWE, president, International Wine Guild.

Proceeds from the fundraiser dinner endow the student scholarship program at the college’s Culinary Institute at Keystone and Breckenridge resorts. Sponsored by Vail Resorts Echo.
