CMC Culinary grad honored with business award

North Dakota magazine recognizes Eric Watson among Top 40 regional business professionals

Each year, Prairie Business magazine recognizes 40 talented business professionals under the age of 40 for their hard work and success. The honorees represent a cross-section of professions and talents.

Colorado Mountain College Culinary Arts graduate Eric Watson was chosen as one of Prairie Magazine’s Forty Under Forty in this year’s crop of honorees. Owner and Executive Chef at Mosaic Catering & Events and Mezzaluna Restaurant in Fargo, North Dakota, Watson was recognized for growing Mosiac Catering from a small two-person catering service and restaurant to a business that now staffs more than 35 employees and has boosted the upscale catering scene in the Red River Valley. Mosaic Foods.also received a Small Business of the Year award from the  West Fargo Chamber of Commerce in 2011, and has been recognized for its significant contribution to community events.
