Employer tours 9/21 and 9/22 in Frisco, Edwards, Leadville
The Colorado Workforce Center is hosting employer field trips and an employer’s forum.
The 2011 Employer Field Trips teaches employers about programs and services offered by the center on a regular business. Trips are being held at the Frisco workforce center 2-4 p.m. Sept. 22, the Edwards location from 2-4 p.m. Sept. 21 and in Leadville from 9-11 a.m. Sept. 22.

The forum, hosted by the center and Colorado Mountain College, takes place at the Dillon CMC and gives area businesses the opportunity to discuss local workforce needs. Discussion topics include top five concerns, skills necessary for successful employees, how to train, recruitment and retention strategies, and workforce center services to help organizations achieve employment goals.
