Want to learn about joining the US Foreign Service?

Any student (or professional) with an interest in learning more about foreign service careers and internships can get an insider’s look from Stewart Devine, who is a U.S. Department of State foreign service officer and the diplomat in residence in the Rocky Mountain region. He will speak at Colorado Mountain College’s Glenwood Center on May 22.

Devine is passionate about sharing information about the U.S. Department of State with individuals, and believes the foreign service needs people who have chosen diverse educational paths (rather than traditionally prescribed ones). Those attending this information session will have chances to ask questions and talk informally with Devine at the end.

This free event is open to the public and is hosted by Colorado Mountain College at 1402 Blake Avenue in Glenwood Springs. It will be held Wednesday, May 22, from 5:30 to 6:45 p.m. Participants may register at http://tinyurl.com/yxk4e5n7.
