Colorado Mountain College, CMC ArtShare and Alpine Bank will present the Rifle Fall Art
Show, “4 Views of the Contemporary,” at a free artists’ reception Friday, Oct. 5. The public is invited to attend the free reception at Colorado Mountain College Rifle.
The exhibit features the works of current and past CMC art faculty K Rhynus Cesark, Michael Raaum, Andrew Roberts-Gray and Cynthia Zyzda.
“4 Views of the Contemporary” is diverse in media and artistic inspiration, and features three professional contemporary artists who are on the art faculty at Colorado Mountain College and a fourth who retired from the college to pursue his art full time. An artists’ talk will be held opening night at 7:30 for those who wish to learn more about the art and the artists. Refreshments will be served.
The opening reception for “4 Views of the Contemporary” will take place 6-9 p.m. Oct. 5 at CMC Rifle, 3695 Airport Road, The exhibit will remain at the campus through Nov. 28.
