It’s 7 o’clock on a fall Friday night and like many small towns in America, there’s high school football being played under the lights.

Live from Aspen High School’s Skier Stadium, Brandon Blocker and Spencer McKnight offer their play by play coverage for KSPN-FM, reporting the action on the field to listeners.

“The ball is moving right to left on your radio dial,” Blocker shares in a description that’s as crisp as this Aspen autumn evening. The duo cite players and stats in a broadcast that’s both home-town quaint and knowingly analyzed.
