At the Aug. 27 grand opening celebration of the newest Colorado Mountain College location, the Downtown Rifle Academic Center, students and community members enjoyed free ice cream, took part in a Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting, toured the classrooms – and even registered for classes. This fall students can take classes in English as a Second Language and GED prep there, and more classes are being planned for the spring.
Community members can register for any CMC class there, as well – with just an easy walk from any location downtown. Read the Rifle Citizen Telegram’s recent story.
