Colorado Mountain College has moved into contention with the final four small colleges.

After surpassing Fort Lewis College, Colorado Mountain College is now competing against Montana State University as one of four small colleges in Elevation Outdoors Magazine’s Top Adventure Schools contest. CMC was chosen along with 32 other schools in the West to compete in the contest that features small school and large school brackets.

“The finalists from each side face off in a David-meets-Goliath championship to determine the best outdoor school,” according to Elevation Outdoors.

“The initial 32 colleges and universities were selected for their outdoor clubs and curricula, their commitment to outdoor and environmental initiatives, the quality of their outdoor athletes and programs and their opportunities for adventure.”

To help CMC solidify the distinction as the West’s Top Adventure College, vote once every 24 hours on each internet device. Then share on Facebook and other social media to get other CMC fans on board. Voting in the final four round ends at 9 AM, Monday, June 1.
